The house is surrounded by its own olive groves, vineyards and fruit trees and has wonderful views towards the mountains in the distance. The house has been completely renovated by the owner and furnished sympathetically, retaining original features. At same time, the considerable modern comforts include an impressive ‘cook’s kitchen’. Outside, there is a very large terrace (with dining table and exterior lighting), and a Japanesestyle garden with a very large free form swimming pool. There is a magical quality to this property with its hilltop setting, surrounding Tuscan countryside, friendly neighbours and unique Lunigian atmosphere. Once esconced here, one needs to go no further. The nearby medieval town of Fivizzano offers food shops and some excellent restaurants.
