This lovely little cottage is across the lane from the main house at Lezardière on a spacious garden, 3km from the town known as the "Paris of Provence", Aix-En-Provence. As well as being famous for its art, cuisine, and fountains, Aix is a major centre for education with two universities and a well-respected international school for all ages. Driving time to the Mediterranean is about half an hour, and Nice is about 2 hours away via the autoroute.

Living Room: Up a short flight of stairs, comfortably furnished, sofa bed, opens onto garden.
Veranda\Dining area: Bright and airy opening onto garden.
Kitchen: Modern and well-equipped, beautifully tiled, eating area, all appliances including dishwasher.
Bathroom: Shower, with hand basin, bidet & WC.
Washing machine.
2 Bedrooms: Both on upstairs level, one with double bed, the other with a small single bed best-suited for a child.
Terrace, outdoor furniture & BBQ.
Access to swimming pool at Lezardière (owners' home)
