Property Description
MAISON DU GARDIEN
Lieusaint (Melun)
This is a lovely guesthouse on the grounds of the owners' property in the village of Lieusaint, about 30 minutes from Paris. The completely walled garden is beautifully landscaped and very spacious (about half a football field!). There is train service every half hour to Paris, and the new AutoRoute that connects all the incoming AutoRoute’s from the provinces passes about ten minutes from Lieusaint, making the location very convenient.
Living room: Furnished comfortably with sofa and armchairs, tile flooring.
Dining room: Dining table and chairs.
Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped includes dishwasher, walls are redone in Pine.
3 Bedrooms: Two with double beds, one with two singles.
2 Bathrooms: Ensuite with two of the above bedrooms.
One has a bathtub, basin, and W.C., the other has a shower, basin and WC.
Separate WC on main floor with sink.
